Here are some images from the weekend. the main images will be published in the next issue of the Irish Hairdresser Magazine.
The Irish team won 3rd team in the world in the Senior Ladies Progressive Fashion. the team consisted of Wayne Lloyd, Aaron Healy, Sean Taaffe, and Bridget Haren.
Bridget Haren also came 4th in the Senior Ladies Progressive Fashion
Thank you to Maeve from www.irishhairdressermagazine.ie for bring me along to cover the event.
This editorial started out as a video editorial but i also decided to shoot images also for the teams portfolios. The idea came form a video i seen so made a frame and shot the video and image. The video is still been edited.
I teamed up with Jacqueline Layton of Jacq L Designs to do a creative hair shoot. The idea behind the shoot was big hair and models in implied nude poses so that the focus will be on the hair. I decided before the shoot that all the images would be Black & White images. Check out the results below.
This is a shoot i did with designer Blathnaid McClean, i approched Blathnaid after seeing her designs online. The same week i approched Blathnaid i was also asked by a friend to take some pictures of a property he had to let, It's was a New York Loft style open plan office space which was perfect for the shoot. So i put a team together for the shoot and it was picked up and published in www.xomagazineonline.com
A photoshoot i did with Layla Flaherty just before she starred in the 'Celebrity Salon'. Layla had also starred in UK TV series Desperate Scousewives.

The 'Muted Metamorphosis' Video Editorial shoot was a collaboration between myself and Lisa Lú we had a brain storming session to come up with a theme for the video and Lisa suggested the idea of taking items of clothing from a book and the whole them was built around that. Killian from you4reel directed the video. Please check out the video and images from the shoot below.
After shooting the Sunday world shoot with Shahira we decided to do a quick video portrait. We didn't have much time to shoot as it was getting late in the day, so it was a quick shooting time for a video (30-40mins) but was happy with the final result.
A shoot i did with Shahira Barry for the Sunday World before her first trip to LA, where she was personally invited to the Playboy Mansion by Hugh Hefner.
